Shipping policy
All items are processed within 1 week (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.
Potential delays are due to the high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@senslesroses.com with your name and order number.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. Please make sure to double check your address and email before placing an order. If an item is lost or stolen, please file a claim immediately with the shipping carrier.
